Deposit
We work with a deposit system. Think of it as purchasing a ticket for a movie or a beautiful performance. The deposit of €25 per person will be deducted from your final bill.
Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation until 12:00 AM (midnight) on the day prior to your reservation. For example: if you can no longer come on Friday, you can cancel until Thursday at 12:00 AM. If you can no longer come on Saturday, you can cancel until Friday at 12:00 AM. You can cancel via the link in your request email or email us at hello@restaurantheroine.nl. You cannot cancel by phone. After 12:00 AM you can only cancel by email and no refund will be issued.
Refund
If you cancel a reservation with a deposit, the deposit will be refunded within three working days. If you cancel after 12:00 AM on the day prior to your reservation, no refund will be issued.
